Area title fight welcomed East Area's John Hassell into the ring. Fighting at 65kgs in a 5 x 2 minute round bout. John took on Michael Chong from Liverpool Thai. John's hardcore training and good technique paid off. His slick and powerful kicks ensured he finished the fight ahead on points and was declared the winner. Another belt for the East Area camp.
